✔ Pool Service: Scheduled every Monday to keep the pool pristine. ✔ Pool is not heated. ✔ Landscaping Service: Takes place on Mondays to maintain the outdoor areas. Our service providers access the backyard and side yard via the side gate. If your stay falls on a Monday, you may see them briefly. They work efficiently to ensure the outdoor space remains in top condition for your enjoyment. Please note that one of the showers is currently sealed because it was damaged by a guest. The necessary parts have been ordered, and the shower will remain unavailable until the repairs are completed. There are still enough showers available for use; only one shower will remain unavailable in the meantime.

Strict Quiet Hours (City Ordinance): To maintain the tranquility of La Jolla, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound carries significantly in the hills; please move all conversations indoors and turn off outdoor music during these times. No Parties or Events: This villa is a private sanctuary. Large gatherings, commercial filming, or visitors exceeding the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. Pool & Terrace Safety: Use the pool and spa at your own risk. No Glass Allowed: For your safety, only plastic or acrylic drinkware (provided in the kitchen) is permitted in the pool and outdoor lounge areas. Please ensure the pool cover is used (if applicable) to maintain temperature and safety. Parking: Please park exclusively in the private driveway or garage. Street parking is highly discouraged on Prestwick Drive to ensure emergency vehicle access and neighbor privacy. Non-Smoking Property: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free estate. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds, including balconies and poolside. Trash & Recycling: Please place all waste in the designated bins. Due to local wildlife (raccoons and seagulls), ensure lids are securely fastened at all times. Neighborly Respect: Our neighbors are permanent residents. Please be mindful of privacy and refrain from any behavior that may disturb the peace of the Prestwick community. THE FURRY FRIENDS RULE We love pets! To keep our home beautiful for everyone, we kindly require: $200 USD Pet Fee (per pet / non-refundable). $500 USD Damage Deposit (fully refundable). The deposit will be returned in full provided the home is left in its original condition. By booking, you agree to these terms and to supervise your pets at all times during your stay.
