🙌🏼 PALOMINIA HOUSE RULES 🙌🏼 By booking our home you agree to follow all rules and understand fees associated with a lack of adherence. ★ GUEST POLICY ★ ✔ Only 10 guests allowed at a time ✔ Additional guests are subject to the following fees: $30 per daytime visitor (per person, per day) and $40 per overnight guest (per person, per night). ✔ The nightly rate is based on the number of guests selected at booking. Please make sure your guest count is accurate to avoid any pricing adjustments. Additional charges may also apply if the number of guests exceeds the property’s standard capacity. ✔ Gatherings more than 10 guests need prior approval in writing by host ✔ Guests must be above the age of 21 to reserve ✔ Minors must accompanied by another guest 21 or older ✔ No illegal substances or prostitution ✔ No underage drinking ✔ Guests agree to pay all damages to the property ★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★ ✔ $100 flat fee ✔ Not guaranteed for each stay ✔ Not permitted for stays with same day turnovers ★ POOL RULES ★ ✔ No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk ✔ No unattended minors in pool ✔ No diving ✔ No trash, glass, furniture or food in pool (fees may apply) ✔ No Heating available ✔ Please do NOT remove or take off any pool equipment from the pool (hose/vacuum) ✔ If the pool hose/vacuum is removed or becomes disconnected for any reason, it must be properly reconnected by the guest before checkout. A $150 fee will be charged if the equipment is not reconnected upon departure ✔ Please note, our pool team will be on site on Friday for weekly maintenance and cleaning ★ PETS ★ ✔ We are a dog friendly property 🐶 ✔ There is a $75 flat fee for your pet (to be paid prior to arrival) ✔ Please clean up feces/hair prior to departure (cleaning fees may apply) ✔ We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees ★ INDOOR RULES ★ ✔ NO SMOKING - any smoking violation will result in a $350 fee ✔ Do not move furniture ✔ Lock all windows and doors when you leave the house ✔ Turn OFF all appliances and BBQ after use ✔ No climbing on tables, cabinets and countertops ✔ Wash all dishes prior to departure ✔ Clean any/all spills, food waste from floors and appliances ✔ All trash must be bagged ✔ Trash bins located next to garage ✔ Please leave all tv remotes on their velcro attachments ★ GRILL ★ ✔ Close propane tank after each use ✔ Please clean grill after use ($50 cleaning fee) ✔ Do not leave grill unattended ✔ Additional propane tanks available ★ FIRE PIT ★ ✔ Close propane tank after each use ★ NOISE COMPLAINTS ★ ✔ Please be respectful of our neighbors ✔ Quiet hours: 9pm-8am ✔ Noise complaints surpassing 1 notice will result in a $125 fee ★ DAMAGES/UNSANITARY CHECK-OUT ★ ✔ Guest on reservation will be held liable for any damages and resulting charges caused during the reservation ✔ Unsanitary check out fee of up to $550 - clean up resulting from drug use, paraphernalia, waste, feces, blood, bodily fluids (includes your pets) ★ WEEKLY VISIT ★ ✔ Please note that our pool technician is scheduled to service the property every Monday to ensure our amenities are well-maintained. ✔ Landscaping visit: Every 2 weeks However, schedules may occasionally change, and the technician might visit the property on a different day during your stay. ★ GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ★ ✔ We operate under the assumption that all house rules and guidelines are read and understood by each guest. ✨ Your Private Space: You’ll have exclusive use of the home, front yard, backyard, pool, and all advertised amenities. 🔑 Shared Access Area: There is a shared access space at the rear of the master bedroom that serves as an entrance to the adjoining unit. Please do not enter or use this area, as it is exclusively used by the occupant of the other unit to access their side of the property. 🧺 Laundry Room: The laundry room is accessible from the poolside and may be used by our property cleaner for property-related laundry. Please keep the laundry room door closed when not in use, and leave the lights connected to the outlet just inside the door as they are. 🚗 Garage: The garage is reserved for the property cleaner and is not available for guest use.
