🏡 House Rules • Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere that Joshua Tree is known for. Noise travels easily across the desert landscape, and neighbors are very mindful of quiet hours. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, no additional visitors are permitted. • Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. • No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property. • We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times. We allow only one pet (dog) per stay. No other animals are permitted. If a cat or any other animal is brought without informing us and receiving our approval, a $500 fine will be applied. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request only and must be approved in advance (Fee is $25/hr). We allow a maximum of 2 hours early check-in or 2 hours late check-out, subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that checking in early or checking out late without prior approval may result in a $500 fee. The front door is a self check-in smart lock. The garage door opener will be provided to you upon arrival. Please check for all personal belongings before checkout. Items left behind may not be recoverable or returned.
